Client Feedback
“My sessions with Emily made me feel seen, accepted, and safe. I left every session with new tools and understandings and sooo much more insight and belief in myself.” – B, 30 y/o
“Seeing Emily on a regular basis over 12 months has been incredible. Her consistent support has helped me significantly and taught me invaluable lessons. I am grateful that she created a safe space for me to grow and reflect. Emily has helped me unpack challenging emotions and negative habits/patterns with kindness, patience, and insight. She has taught me invaluable lessons in self-awareness, boundary-setting, and emotional-regulation, all of which I now try to carry into my daily routine and life. Her gentle guidance had allowed me to see feel seen and heard, and her ability to help me reframe my thoughts has been transformative – like very transformative. Our sessions have been a safe, judgement-free zone and that has been essential to my progress.” – C, 21 y/o
“I really appreciate how I always felt like I could just talk about what was bugging me and [Emily] was more than happy to listen, but I also at the same time felt like I was getting things out of therapy. It’s very tricky to find that balance between giving advice when advice is required or like letting the client talk when the client wants to talk. I really felt like when I needed to just talk I was getting that and when I needed advice I was getting that and I wasn’t just getting all advice or no advice. It made me feel very comfortable that [Emily] allowed me to do colouring. I really appreciated that and also I felt at ease and never felt judged which is definitely a big thing that I needed. [Emily] was always more than willing to make accommodations, and I never felt less because I was struggling to make eye contact or because I couldn’t really voice was I was feeling. I definitely came a long way with [Emily] which makes me really happy, and I am very grateful for all the breakthroughs that we managed to make. [Emily] is good at what [she] does so thank you!” B, 22 y/o
“Emily is amazing with what she does. I’ve learnt so much in the few sessions we’ve had together, and I felt safe to share what was on my mind. Our sessions allowed for me to reflect and broaden the way that I see things which helped, and Emily helped to put things into perspective for me. I will miss our sessions because they were incredibly helpful, and what I needed.” - N, 24 y/o
“Emily has always been very insightful and offered me fresh perspectives and suggestions.” – K, 52 y/o
